Welcome to our Price List page! Here you’ll find all the information you need to plan your event with Bounce A Little Inflatable Rentals, including our prices, and payment details.

Travel Fee From Gainesville: All travel fees are included in pricing. Please make sure you select the correct option for your booking. To get a better idea, please check the distance between your event and Frances Meadows located in Gainesville.

Additional 30 Minutes: If you need our services for an extra half-hour beyond the standard rental period, we offer an additional 30 minutes for $25. This option provides flexibility in case you need a bit more time for setup, enjoyment, or any other activities related to your event.

Bounce House Timeframes: The time starts at set up and ends promptly when we arrive for take down. During this time, you and your guests can enjoy non-stop bouncing excitement and unforgettable memories.

Total Balance Is Due 3 Days Before Event: To finalize your reservation, the total balance is due three days before your scheduled event. This payment ensures that everything is in order and allows us to prepare for your arrival, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

Cancellation Policy:

At Bounce A Little Inflatable Rentals, we understand that plans can change. However, in order to provide the best service to all of our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation 10 Days Prior to Event: If you need to cancel your reservation at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event, you will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made. We will process the refund promptly, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method.

  2. Cancellation After 10 Days: If you cancel your reservation within 10 days of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost will be applied. The remaining 50% of the payment will be refunded to you. Please note that the refund will be issued minus the cancellation fee.

  3. Failure to Pay 3 Days Before Event: If the total balance is not paid three days before the scheduled event, it will be considered a cancellation. In this case, no refunds will be provided, and the reservation will be deemed canceled.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. However, please understand that our cancellation policy allows us to manage our resources and fulfill the needs of our customers efficiently.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that the appropriate adjustments can be made and any applicable refunds can be processed according to the terms outlined above.
